This is only my point of view or my opinion. I've been asked what's the best airsoft unit for beginners? There are lots of great airsoft units nowadays but for me, riffles is not yet for beginners. Learn hand guns first.
For hand guns, lots of varieties to choose from but I recommend you to ask first why you want to buy a pistol (airsoft)? What its for?
So I can play a game using it like practical shooting or just personal target shooting for fun; so I can fire it; so I can practice before using a real pistol...
What ever your answer is is valid and what is important when buying an airsoft pistol is it will fire with ease but also a safe unit!
I recommend GLOCK series. It's simple but powerful and safe. Easy to clean and made up of Diecast Metal and Polymer Plastic. Like the real one. I mean, holding and using a Glock feels 95% real. So when you know how to handle it, you're good to go to the real deal.
My wife owns a GBB Glock 35 Gen 4, she loves it so much because it's safe, easy to use, really powerful, and accurate. Power and accuracy is another important thing when choosing an airsoft. Buy one with power and accuracy... at the same time safe and user friendly unit.
You can never go wrong with Glock!
